Accessing or using Inkform means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update terms as the product evolves; continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.

You may only use Inkform for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include:

• fabricating income, employment, or payment history to deceive others
• impersonating a company, employer, or person without authority
• any fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity

If you create an account, you must provide accurate contact details and keep your password secure. Paid plans (when enabled) are billed through Stripe; cancel anytime via billing settings. Features may differ between free and paid tiers when monetization is on.

You retain rights to the data you enter. Guest drafts stay in your browser. Saved documents on an account are stored so we can show history and regenerate PDFs. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the service.

Inkform is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions third parties make based on documents you generate. See also our Disclaimer.
