Privacy Policy

Without an account, form drafts stay in your browser (localStorage). That data does not leave your device until you download a PDF, email a document, or sign in and save to the cloud.

When you register or sign in, we may store:

• name, email, and authentication details
• saved document payloads and titles
• business defaults and optional SMTP settings you add
• usage events (e.g. PDF generated, email sent) for analytics

When pricing is enabled, payments run through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe may process billing identifiers and subscription status on our behalf.

We may send transactional mail (password reset, welcome) via our platform SMTP. If you email a PDF from the app, delivery uses either your saved SMTP or Inkform’s mail — only to the address you provide for that send.

We keep account and document data while your account is active so the product works. You can delete individual saved documents in the app. For full account deletion requests, contact us through the email used on your account once support channels are published.

We may update this policy as features ship. Material changes will be reflected by the “Updated” date on this page.
